How to Decorate a Nautical Sofa Table

Place a table runner along the length of the table. Choose a runner that ties in with a nautical theme, such as a blue-and-white-stripped runner or a runner made of aqua blue sail cloth.

Set a decorative silver or wooden tray in the center of the table. Place a white or blue pillar candle in the center of the tray. Scatter seashells and sea glass around the candle.

Fill a vase with an arrangement of ornamental beach grass clippings. Place the vase on one of the ends of the table.
