Established in 1974, the Big Green Egg Company manufactures the EGG brand of ceramic outdoor cookers, which can grill and smoke meats, fish and vegetables and even bake desserts. According to the Big Green Egg Company, the grill tables are manufactured from cypress and contain a naturally occurring preservative called cypressene. Cypressene protects the outdoor tables from insects and decomposition, and the Big Green Egg company harvests its cypress from "responsibly managed" forests.
Long and XL Tables
Long tables can accommodate medium, large and XL EGGs, and are 59.5 inches by 24.5 inches. The XL table is made only for XL EGGs, and measure 60.5 inches by 31.5 inches. Both Long and XL tables are 32 inches tall. The XL table is standard equipped with four casters, while Long tables have four casters as an optional add-on.
Compact Tables
The Big Green Egg Company's Compact tables are suitable for small, medium and large EGGs. The Compact tables measure 41 inches by 24.5 inches and are also 32 inches high. The Compact models come with or without casters.
